About the Founder and Executive Editor
Art Radar Asia was founded in 2008 by Kate Cary Evans. Kate is originally from the U.K. and has been living in Asia since 1992. Her resume includes studying contemporary Asian art at the Sotheby’s Institute in London, and art appraisal at New York University. Her writing can be found in the South China Morning Post, Tatler publications, and Saatchi’s online magazine. She can also be found organising Asian art events, including an edition of the Asia Art Forum lecture series in Hong Kong.
